I lost my job and couldn't get another in time for enough money and fell behind in rent, so I moved back home with family, I am paying back partial and am almost caught up with rent. I need someone to take over my room in the apartment (old renovated 2 story house, top floor is for someone else, we had bottom floor). There is two other males living there, honorable good people. I am looking for someone dependable or at least honest and willing to work it out. Your share of rent is $367 due on the first of the month, electric usually came to $70 each, and util/water came to about $15 each, Comcast basic channels + internet is $33 each.
Male or Female acceptable as substitute, general category will be a Flagler student as this is only two or three blocks from campus. As I said before, looking for a true intention substitute/replacement, that being said, I'm almost done paying this month rent, which means that if you move in ASAP you won't owe any rent for this month and would next pay February 1st, 2008. So its a bargain for you to get situated and manage your money for rent and bills when they come around next month.
