It's a pretty (very tropically), fairly new complex with plenty of pools, tennis courts, and work-out rooms. It's a great place for the price. I'm living in the master bedroom, so our new roommate would be sharing a bathroom with Matt (who's pretty clean). Our place is relatively quiet on weeknights for the most part since I get up early for work and Matt studies a lot (no guarantees of peace and quiet though). On the weekends it can get a little loud because we like to have fun (and drinking is frequently involved..) We are both friendly, considerate, and pretty easy to live with (in my unbiased opinion)...
